We were two of us & ordered the following Veg Food items :-
* TOMATO HARA DHANIYA SHORBA
Indian style tomato soup which is thin
in consistency, spicy from the use of in house spices, flavourful with the addition of fresh coriander.
* ASSORTED VEG PLATTER
This drool worthy platter was beautifully plated & presented with 12 veg items.
Platter break up was as follows :-
* 4 Pudina paneer tikka
* 2 Tandoori Kumbh
* 2 Subj Motia Seekh
* 2 Zamindaari aloo
* 2 Tikka Bahare Chaman
Looking at the plating, presentation & hearing the dish names from the manager ( Mr Keshav ) not only made me drool over this assorted platter instantly but made us feel special like a celebrity as the hospitality was impeccable and service was flawless 👍
Each item was delicious yet so different in terms of texture, flavour & spice quotient.
Kudos to Chef Arun for curating such a creative & refreshing menu 👏
* MAINS
1. Multani Paneer - Popular indian dish paneer Shashlik is topped with cheese & prepared in a fiery masala gravy. Rich in texture, flavoursome & quite heavy IMO.
2. Dal Makhani - I’m a huge dal makhani fan and this was cooked to perfection. An amazing combination of black lentils, butter, cream & fresh tomatoes . Thick, creamy & simply irresistible 😋
3. Garlic Naan & Rumali Roti Garlic Naan was Crispy & heavy whereas Rumali Roti was soft and lighter on the tummy. Both these blended beautifully with Multani Paneer and Dal Makhani. I loved the garlic naan whereas my plus one preferred Rumali Roti.
* DESSERTS
Frankly we were stuffed but you can’t skip desserts 🍨 Can you 😜
Gulab Jamun Each portion serves two chunky pieces of garma garam Gulab Jamun which was hot, so soft & sprinkled with nuts on top.
VERDICT
Fine dine restaurants are pricey but the detailing & perfection required from table Setup, food quality, taste, presentation, staff behaviour & quick service isn’t an easy feat to achieve & kabab hut did a fabulous job.
Overall Kabab Hut is a place where you don’t emphasis on individual dish ingredients but are spoilt for choices so just tingle your taste buds by tasting a bit of everything, experience every cuisine on offer & enjoy the premium service Kabab Hut management offers its customers.

Kabab Hut is the top notch and exceptional north indian restaurant in the well known Sun n Sand Hotel just beside Juhu Beach, Mumbai. The place is commodious with magnificient ambience having comfortable outdoor seating beside the swimming pool. The whole place very near to beach facing the sea and lits up beautifully in the evening with scintillating lights making it an ideal and romantic place for an evening dinner with family and loved ones.

🔹️Paneer Chilgoze ki Nazakat - A awesome paneer appetizer made from soft cottage cheese marinated properly with yoghurt, ground spices stuffed with pine nuts served with salad, mint chutney were delicious in taste.
🔹️Subj Galavati Kabab - A soft irresistable melt in mouth kabab made from finely minced vegetables were totally oustanding in taste.... the best I had till date.

🔹️Multani Paneer - Its an amazing north indian preparation made from shashlik of paneer topped with cheese in fiery masala red gravy.
🔹️Dum Subj Handi - An appetizing preparation made from fresh exotic vegetables cooked in dum style.
Both the gravies were delicious and tasted superb with their signature Taftaan (baby Naan).
🔹️Dum Subj Biryani - Basmati rice cooked with seasonal vegetables spiced with exotic herbs and served with burhani raita was flavoursome and delish.

🔸️Kesari Rasmalai - A toothsome Indian sweet made from condensed fresh cheese dumpling in a saffron reduced milk was succulent and luscious.
🔸️Malai Kulfi falooda - Pieces of flavourful malai kulfi served with rose vermicelli was scrummy and superb.
The staff were courteous and the service was quick and good too. Overall It was a delightful dining experience.

This is the place which serves delicious Awadhi cuisine. The variety is vast and the kebabs are going to keep you wanting for more.
The portion size is good too. One platter of kebab comes with 12 pieces.
The staff is extremely courteous. Mr. Keshav who is the manager introduced us to the chef Mr. Arun as we expressed the desire to meet him.

MIX PLATTER -
1. Chandni kabab - soft paneer kebabs in a coin style and grated cheese stuffed between 2 layers.
2. Pudina Paneer Tikka - Fresh pieces of paneer marinated in pudina and grilled
3. Paneer Chilgoze ki Nazaakat
4. Tandoori Kumbh - Mix of exotic veggies
5. Sabz galouti Kebab - Soft mushroom based kebabs cooked in ghee and served on a thick bhakri style bread
6. Zakindaari Aloo - Baby potatoes marinated in freshly ground spices. I loved this one!
SOUP -
Tamatar Hara Dhaniye Ka Shorba
Being Shorba, it wasn't the regular creamy tomato soup and was of a thinner consistency. But the taste was spectacular!
MAINS -
Dal Makhni : This was relatively decent. Not the best I've had though, should have been a bit piping hot. It lacked spices and the Makhni flavour
Multani Paneer - This was slightly on the ginger and sour side. Very different from the regular sabjis. Goes well with Naan and Rice.
DESSERTS -
Gulab Jamun : Piping hot gulab jamuns topped with lots of nuts. It is mountheringly delicious! 👍🏻
Rasmalai : This was another spectacular dessert! The rasmalai was soft and the milk was just the right amount of sweet. Perfect!
